Tania Gerard is an accessible marketing consultant, keynote speaker, and founder of Tania Gerard Digital UK, one of the UK’s first consultancies focused on accessible marketing and neurodiversity. She is a TEDx speaker and ADHD UK Ambassador, working with companies to improve accessibility, inclusion, and digital communication for diverse audiences.
Tania combines professional expertise with lived experience as a neurodivergent woman with ADHD and autism. Her work focuses on helping companies move beyond basic awareness towards practical, sustainable inclusion across marketing, leadership, and workplace culture.
She delivers CPD-accredited training, keynote talks, and strategic workshops for companies including the NHS, Greene King, Dentsu, Help For Heroes, and leading design firms, supporting leadership teams, HR professionals, and marketers to create more inclusive, high-performing environments.
In 2024, Tania delivered a TEDx talk titled “Make Your Marketing Accessible”, introducing her IMPACT framework for embedding accessibility into business and marketing strategy.
As co-host of the ADHD Founders Unfiltered podcast, Tania creates space for authentic conversations with founders, leaders, and professionals navigating neurodivergent experiences in business, exploring entrepreneurship, leadership, and working life through the lens of ADHD and neurodiversity.
