The Art Of Effective Leadership

Martin Gutmann draws lessons from the pioneers of aviation, using the 1927 race to fly across the Atlantic to illustrate timeless leadership principles. He reveals three counterintuitive strategies: subtract rather than add, use a compass instead of a map, and practice humility. Attendees will learn to lead effectively, with confidence and clarity, in uncertain times.
