Lloyd Salmons

Lloyd Salmons is a PepTalk co-founder, with a background in establishing EMI Music International's new media marketing network and founding Outside Line, a digital agency. He also serves as an advisor and board member for various growing tech companies in the US and UK.

Ant Cauchi

Ant, PepTalk's co-founder, aims to make learning fun and accessible for everyone. With a background in marketing communications, new media, and creative direction, Ant has created award-winning campaigns for iconic brands and artists such as Queen, The Beatles, and Radiohead. He also co-founded Outside Line, a digital agency.

Daniel Gomes

Daniel is the COO of PepTalk. With two decades of experience, he has excelled in managing digital projects, holding key roles at Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT. Daniel's expertise spans digital strategy, online advertising, and project management. He has successfully delivered projects for high-profile clients such as Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Toyota, and EE.

Amber Parkin

Amber is PepTalk's Director of People Science and Learning. She has 20 years of international experience in the creative industries, including as a copywriter and Head of Customer Experience in the music industry, using storytelling to drive behaviour change. Amber holds an MA in Digital Management and an MSc in Organisational Psychology and is always on the lookout for nuggets of inspiration.

Toby Clarke

Toby is an award-winning revenue growth and marketing leader with 16 years of diverse experience across B2B, B2C, SaaS, and services. As the VP of Growth at PepTalk, he spearheads go-to-market strategies, revenue growth, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Holding a Master's in broadcast journalism, he excels in crafting compelling brand and product narratives, seamlessly blending his passion for storytelling with strategic business growth.

Jamie Vickery

Jamie is a Senior Client Partner at PepTalk and has been on the team since day one. With over 11 years of experience at digital agencies like Outside Line and Saatchi London, Jamie knows the ins and outs of client services, storytelling, and communication. Before diving into the agency world, Jamie spent five fun-filled years with the Spice Girls management team, helping spread their zig-a-zig-ah to fans of all ages.
