Shearer's contributions to Newcastle United were so significant that he became the club's all-time leading scorer. In addition to his club success, Shearer represented England on the international stage, earning 60 caps and scoring 30 goals.
Following his retirement from professional football, Shearer transitioned into a career as a pundit on BBC's Match of the Day, where he provided expert analysis and commentary on football matches and contributed to the network's coverage of major football tournaments.
Outside of football, Shearer actively participates in charity work and supports the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation and NSPCC. Comedians generally start at £1,500 or $2,000 for a 20-minute set.
