Affectionately known as 'the Gaffer' of English cricket, Alec is seen as one of England's greatest ever batsmen-wicket keepers, and his absence has been felt in the team since his retirement. Currently working as a regular cricket analyst on Radio 5 Live, as well as contributing to Sky Sports and the BBC's cricket coverage, 'the Gaffer' is also a brilliant keynote speaker and an inspiring motivator.
