Cassandra Stavrou MBE is the founder of PROPER Snacks and the creator of PROPERCORN and PROPERCHIPS. Since its launch in 2011, Cassandra has successfully grown the business into Europe's largest independent, healthier snacking company. Her expertise in the field has led to her appointment to the UK government's good & drink sector council. In recognition of her contributions to the food industry, Cassandra was awarded an MBE in 2020. PROPER Snacks was also the first snack company to achieve a B Corp certification. Recently, Cassandra sold PROPER Snacks as part of a significant deal to form WARP Snacks, one of Europe's largest healthy snacking companies.
In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Cassandra is an active angel investor and advisor, supporting the next generation of impact businesses.
