Clive Anderson is a British icon, comedian, broadcaster and former barrister. He practised law for nearly 15 years while performing as a stand-up comedian and writing scripts for various comedians, including Frankie Howerd and Griff Rhys Jones.
His broadcasting career began in the late 1980s with the radio show Whose Line Is It Anyway? This success led to several series on Channel 4. He hosted ten series of his chat show, Clive Anderson Talks Back, before transitioning to BBC One with Clive Anderson All Talk.
Clive has presented a variety of programmes on television and radio, focusing on topics such as travel, books, history, sports, comedy, and politics. He hosts Unreliable Evidence on Radio 4, where he discusses legal issues with prominent figures in the legal field. His podcast, My Seven Wonders, features guest interviews about the seven wonders in their lives.
Recent projects include the television series Mystic Britain on the Smithsonian TV channel and his one-man stage show, Me Macbeth and I.
