Considered one of South Africa's foremost creative thinkers, Conn Bertish is a highly acclaimed creative director who has been recognized internationally.

In addition to his creative expertise, he is a resilience trainer, a cancer survivor, and a big wave surfer.

After successfully overcoming brain cancer in 2015, Conn made the bold decision to resign from his high-powered job to launch Cancer Dojo, a mobile support app for cancer patients.

Alongside this venture, he also developed the Happy People are Harder to Kill training programs, which medical professionals support.

Conn's unique approach to empowerment, which combines creativity and resilience, has been honed in collaboration with a team of professors, doctors, psychologists, and behaviour-change specialists.

Together, they have designed tools and techniques that help individuals, teams, and organizations develop the mental pathways necessary to achieve true creative resilience, particularly during challenging times.
