Itay Talgam is an accomplished orchestral conductor and leadership consultant, known for his innovative approach to organisational dynamics. A protégé of the legendary Leonard Bernstein, Itay has conducted prestigious orchestras worldwide, including the Orchestre de Paris and the St. Petersburg Philharmonic.
