Jason Caldwell is a world-class athlete, a leadership and high-performance coach, and a keynote speaker. As the president and owner of Latitude 35 Leadership, he utilizes experiential training to delve into the art of leading and maintaining high-performance teams. Despite facing a dramatic and treacherous 51-day row, which included the emergency evacuation of two team members, Jason led his remaining crew to the finish line in Antigua, setting the American Record for the fastest US four to ever cross the Atlantic.

A year later, Jason assembled a new team to participate in the race once again. This time, they not only emerged as the winners but also broke the World Record as the fastest team to row across the Atlantic Ocean.
