In 2006, Jenny left her job at JP Morgan to found Switch Mobile, a voice-over-IP company. After selling in 2009, she began angel investing, and soon developed a taste for mentoring and helping startups. Pursuing this passion, Jenny founded a venture group at the BBC where she made strategic investments and led business development deals. Here, she also launched an internal accelerator called BBC Labs. Following her success, Jenny was granted the opportunity to join Techstars as the firm's Managing Director.
