Josh Roberts is a writer, broadcaster, and public speaker specializing in mental health. In 2016, Josh experienced a severe mental breakdown, resulting in a diagnosis of Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD). After writing about his experience in an article for The Times, Josh received an overwhelming response from others who had also faced similar situations.
Determined to help as many people as possible by sharing his own experiences with anxiety and mental health issues, Josh wrote his first book, "Anxious Man," which was praised by Stephen Fry as "required reading." Since then, Josh has brought his message to conferences and events at prestigious companies such as Google, Vodafone, Goldman Sachs, and many more.
