She has voiced concerns about blogging regulation on The Media Show and celebrated football manager Bill Shankly on BBC Radio 4's Great Lives in May 2013. On 24 December 2015, Richtopia listed her among the 500 Most Influential CEOs globally. In 2017, Justine was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for her services to the economy.
