Kate Garraway is a well-known British TV and radio presenter with over twenty years of experience. She started her television career in 1994 as a production journalist and news presenter for ITV News Central. Kate co-presented the South East edition of ITV News Meridian before joining Sky News in 1998 to co-host "Sunrise." In September 2000, she joined GMTV, where she co-presented GMTV Today and later shared hosting duties with Fiona Phillips and Emma Crosby. In 2009, she co-hosted GMTV with Ben until leaving in August 2010 to become the entertainment editor of Daybreak. In December 2011, Kate became the main presenter for Daybreak on an interim basis.
