Kristy Singletary

Kristy Singletary is passionate about cultivating a space where people can be their whole authentic selves and allow their superpowers to shine.

Kristy has worked in various industries, including pharma, tech, government, and the military. She currently works as a Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead at Pfizer, where she is responsible for education, awareness, and professional development programs. She spearheads learnings that focus on addressing systemic and implicit bias, building cultural awareness, and driving inclusion strategies across the employee lifecycle.

Kristy lives between Brooklyn and Philadelphia, but her roots are in the Midwest. She’s a fitness fanatic, boot camp instructor, health and wellness coach, and travel enthusiast. She is a major advocate for equal opportunity and spends her free time mentoring. She currently serves as a Military Intelligence Officer for the D.C. National Guard.
