He is best known for his role as a team captain on the BBC music quiz show "Never Mind the Buzzcocks" and has made numerous appearances on the panel show "QI." Jupitus has also performed live poetry and stand-up across the UK, with notable tours including "Jedi, Steady, Go" in 1996 and "Quadrophobia" in 1999. He has a background in political poetry and cartoons before fully venturing into comedy. Jupitus is married to Shelley Jupitus and has two children. He has recently been focusing on his fine art degree at Dundee University and has expressed a desire to step back from television.
