Rebecca Levett is a Sport and Performance Psychologist with extensive experience in elite sport. She runs a consultancy called Sporting Success and currently works with GB Women's Hockey team, Harlequins Women’s rugby, and Sussex Men’s Cricket. She supported England Netball during their historic 2023 World Cup campaign, which saw them reach the final. Previously, Rebecca spent four years at the English Football Association as a Senior Psychologist, working three years with the Men’s U21 team and one year with the Senior Women’s team, the Lionesses.
Rebecca's experience includes roles with the Women’s first team at Manchester City, six years with Archery GB's Paralympic squad, and nine years with Surrey County Cricket Club, alongside consultancy for the England and Wales Cricket Board. She has travelled extensively with teams for pre-season tours, World and European Championships, two Paralympic Games (London and Rio), two Olympic Games (Tokyo and Paris), and one Commonwealth Games (Birmingham).
Rebecca's expertise also covers various sports, including golf, MMA, and athletics, as well as work in corporate and educational settings. In the corporate sector, she provides one-to-one executive coaching and runs team development programmes, both short-term and long-term. Additionally, Rebecca contributes as an expert to Under Armour's Human Performance System.
She believes that sustainable high performance relies on wellbeing and that everyone is a performer, whether on the pitch, in the boardroom, or at home. Her experience allows her to combine scientific knowledge with practical solutions, avoiding jargon. Rebecca is a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
