Samantha Hiew

Dr. Samantha Hiew is an accomplished storyteller and communication expert with a PhD. She specializes in demystifying ADHD and neurodiversity, using her background in medical science to bridge the gap between individuals with neurodivergent experiences and those without.

Dr. Hiew strongly advocates for societal integration and founded ADHD Girls. Interestingly, she was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 40 and also identifies as autistic, dyspraxic, and a person with Tourette syndrome.

In her work, Dr. Hiew offers neurodiversity training grounded in lived experiences. She combines research, event-based learning, and stories from the neurodivergent community to understand the subject comprehensively.

Beyond her training, Dr. Hiew is dedicated to broader advocacy. She delivers talks on the "Science of ADHD" to general audiences and focuses on "Girls and Women with ADHD" in educational settings. She aims to shift perceptions and foster a deeper understanding of neurodivergent lives.

Drawing from her diverse background, which includes living between two cultures, managing motherhood and a career, and working across 16 different sectors, Dr Hiew empowers neurodiverse women and promotes gender equity in the workplace.
