Simon Amstell is a comedian, presenter, screenwriter, and director. His stand-up special, Set Free, is available on Netflix. As a presenter, he has hosted popular programmes such as Channel 4's Popworld and BBC Two's Never Mind The Buzzcocks. Simon's feature film, Benjamin, premiered at the London Film Festival and received critical acclaim upon its international release. His debut film, the vegan mockumentary Carnage, aired on BBC iPlayer. He regularly performs at festivals and comedy clubs across the UK and has completed several sell-out tours and residencies in the UK, US, and Australia. Simon was the youngest finalist of the BBC New Comedy Awards and has won an RTS Award, a Broadcast Award, two British Comedy Awards, and has been nominated for a BAFTA.
