Tsedal Neeley is the Naylor Fitzhugh Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and an expert in global and digital strategies, remote work, and organisational behaviour. She earned her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, focusing on Work, Technology, and Organisations.
At Harvard, Tsedal is the Senior Associate Dean of Faculty Development and Research Strategy and the Faculty Chair of the Christensen Center for Teaching and Learning. She teaches Leadership and Organisational Behaviour in the MBA programme and co-chairs the executive programme, Leading Global Businesses, which helps leaders develop strategies for various markets in a digital economy.
Before her academic career, Tsedal worked for ten years at companies like Lucent Technologies and The Forum Corporation, concentrating on global customer experience and performance management systems.
Her work in management has been recognised by Thinkers50, which included her in the 2018 On the Radar list. She has received the Stanford Distinguished Alumnus Scholar honour and the Lieberman Award for excellence in teaching and research. Tsedal also received the Charles M.
