Vineeta Malhotra

Vineeta is a Product and Operations team lead at Uber Eats, where she oversees the global go-to-market strategy and launch of delivery products. This role taps into her passion for creating solutions that address real-world challenges, a mission that became especially critical during the global pandemic. Her background includes significant positions at Spotify, where she worked in B2B marketing, and at IBM, contributing to their Interactive Experiences practice. This blend of roles places her at a unique crossroads of creativity and analytics. As the first-generation daughter of Indian immigrants and a former competitive dancer, Vineeta draws on her diverse experiences to fuel her work and community engagement. Her travels have further broadened her perspective, reinforcing her belief in the value of global learning and sharing. 

At her core, Vineeta is a problem solver who approaches challenges with both logic and empathy. Her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is evident in her founding and leadership of Desis@Spotify, an initiative she led for three years. Vineeta's academic foundation is a business degree from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
