Darren Edwards's life epitomises persistence, resilience, and change. After his military service and mountaineering pursuits, Darren suffered a life-changing fall, resulting in paralysis from the chest down. Determined to overcome this, he took up kayaking and became the first wheelchair user to complete the 777 challenge. He founded Adaptive Expeditions to help disabled individuals push their limits. Darren’s experiences, rooted in his military training, showcase how everyday pressures can build resilience. He shares practical lessons on staying positive, empowering others, and developing leadership skills, drawing from his remarkable journey.
