Alina Jenkins

Alina Jenkins has dedicated 21 years to her career at the BBC, where she has flourished as a broadcaster and presenter in news and weather. Her background as a journalist has enabled her to assist numerous clients worldwide in enhancing their communication skills, fostering more meaningful conversations, developing effective questioning and listening abilities, and establishing trust. 

With extensive experience in front of the camera and behind the microphone, Alina is passionate about helping clients improve their mindset, personal impact, and assertiveness. Recently, Alina has collaborated with the Chief Financial Officer of a prominent UK bank, the Managing Director of a global supermarket chain, and the Vice President of Manufacturing for a major aerospace company. 

Following her one-on-one coaching sessions, the international supermarket chain has worked closely with Alina to design a customized Leadership Behaviours training program for their teams in the UK. There are plans to expand the program to the United States later this year.
