Amy C. Edmondson is an American scholar specialising in leadership, teaming, and organisational learning. She serves as Professor of Leadership at Harvard Business School. Edmondson has authored seven books and over 75 articles and case studies, with her notable work focusing on psychological safety, which has influenced research across management, healthcare, and education for the past 15 years. Her recent publications include "Right Kind of Wrong: The Science of Failing Well" (2023), "The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth" (2018), and "Teaming: How Organizations Learn, Innovate and Compete in the Knowledge Economy" (2012).
Edmondson earned her PhD in organisational behaviour, an MA in psychology, and a BA in engineering and design from Harvard University. Her research centres on teaming, psychological safety, and organisational learning, with her work featured in various academic and management journals, including the *Harvard Business Review* and *Administrative Science Quarterly*.
