BlogLoginGet in TouchChris Hirst, with over a decade of experience in Global and UK CEO roles, is recognised as a leader in business transformation, driving companies to significant growth and reputational change. He authored the best-selling book "No Bullsh*t Leadership" and recently released "No Bullsh*t Change”.
As Global CEO of Havas Creative Group, Chris managed over 10,000 employees worldwide, elevating the company to second place in Campaign Magazine’s global network rankings within three years. During his tenure, he achieved record growth and profits, despite a brief pause due to COVID-19, and was shortlisted by Campaign Magazine as Global CEO of the Year in 2022. He initiated the Group’s sustainability practice, Havas Genus, and secured multiple B-Corp accreditations in the UK, US, and the Netherlands. Havas UK’s DE&I strategy, developed under his leadership, was adopted globally by the Havas group.
Chris graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford (MEng Engineering Science) and Harvard Business School (Advanced Management Program). He writes a monthly column for Management Today, has over half a million listens for his "No Bullsh*t Leadership" podcast, and frequently comments in press and broadcast media.
Leadership is difficult but not complicated. Based on the best-selling and award-winning book of the same name, Chris Hirst wipes away the guff and bullshit to get to the heart of modern leadership: the life-changing, career-transforming power to get stuff done.
The only constant we now face is change, and the demand for those who can grasp its opportunities has never been greater. Drawing on over a decade of experience leading successful change programmes around the world, Chris Hirst shares his proven strategies for team, organisational and cultural transformation.
The defining experience for people in organisations big and small is the culture yet it is so often miss-understood, or even forgotten about all together. The ability to change, nurture and sustain a world-class culture is a leader’s superpower. Here Chris Hirst shares the secret for how to do it time and again.
