Hannah Cockcroft OBE is a world record holder in the T34 classification and holds Paralympic records for the 100, 200, 400, and 800 metres.
She gained recognition after winning two gold medals at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
Since then, Hannah has continued to excel, securing an impressive five more Paralympic golds and 12 World Championship golds.
Her achievements make her the most successful British athlete in World Championship history, across both able-bodied and Paralympic teams.
In 2017, she was honored as the first Paralympian to be named 'British Sportswoman of the Year'.
In addition to her athletic pursuits, Hannah has also made appearances as a presenter on BBC Countryfile and has participated in various television shows, including The Great British Bake Off and Strictly Come Dancing.
