After leaving the Navy, Willink co-founded Echelon Front, a leadership consulting firm, where he teaches battlefield principles to help individuals and businesses succeed.
Willink co-authored the #1 New York Times bestseller "Extreme Ownership," sharing insights from his time in the SEAL teams. He hosts the Jocko Podcast and has authored books such as "Dichotomy of Leadership" and the "Discipline Equals Freedom Field Manual."
