She is a Certified Enneagram Coach and it is the main tool that she uses as a catalyst for transformation. She uses her coach training while also calling upon her understanding of people through her Psychology degree and Masters in Counselor Education. As the owner of Expand Coaching and Consulting, Libby helps teams grow in areas of communication, conflict resolution, self-care and stress management, and so much more. Healthy self-awareness is the number one predictor of success. When working with teams, she couples that self-awareness with the ability to better relate interpersonally, and you have individuals who are more engaged, effective, and want to stick around in an organization. She has worked with thousands of individuals from across the world and across industries in not only tech and higher education, but also insurance, healthcare, interior design, K-12 schools, oil and gas, marketing, and nonprofits. Libby’s services can truly benefit anyone, from anywhere, at any level. Libby lives in coastal Georgia where she is bravely outnumbered by her redheaded husband and two ginger children.
