Pippa Grange

Dr Pippa Grange is a highly sought-after and influential sports psychologist and culture coach renowned for her work in elite sports and international business. She was Head of People and Team Development at the Football Association, where she played a crucial role in supporting the England team during the 2018 World Cup. 

Dr Grange firmly believes that relationships lie at the heart of everything as the antidote to fear. She is a key senior leadership team member at the global Right to Dream group, focusing on cultural strategy. She is particularly dedicated to ensuring equal opportunities for women and girls within this field.  Additionally, she is passionate about reshaping the archetype of women working in sports and other male-dominated industries.  

Born and raised on a council estate in Yorkshire, Dr Grange's upbringing has influenced her empathetic approach to her work.  

At age 25, she relocated to Australia, where she resided for two decades before spending some time in Los Angeles. She resides in the picturesque Peak District with her husband and two beloved dogs.
