Topics, sessions and talks
Focused on “creating an environment so good that everyone wants to be a part of and nobody ever wants to leave,” Clive Woodward’s talk on creating a Winning Culture encapsulates the collaborative leadership model Clive successfully applied to the World Cup winning England rugby team and Team GB at London 2012.
Having worked with champion teams and individuals in sport and business over the last 2 decades Clive has identified that the ability to learn and take on new skills is a key characteristic of any Champion individual. In this talk on “Relentless Learning” Clive will explain the importance of learning and collaboration in high performance and describe how he coaches teams and individuals to learn better together everyday.
Clive Woodward's reputation as an innovative leader is driven by his determined approach to challenge the traditional school of thought and find new, different ways of operating, and this has never been more important in today’s ever-changing corporate world. In his talk on “Tackling Change,” Clive will highlight why it is important to embrace change and illustrate how creating a culture of relentless learning can help teams and organisations adapt and succeed.
Based on the notion that "great teams are made of great individuals," Clive Woodward has identified four criteria that he believes characterise a champion individual or team in both business and sport. "The DNA of a Champion" details each of these criteria, and how they can be coached to build high-performing teams.
Data and technology are powerful tools in sport and business, but only when everyone understands why and how to use them. In this talk, Clive Woodward explains how he uses data and technology with the teams he works with, and the impact it can have on individual and team performance.

No. PepTalk adds no booking fee, so you pay the speaker's fee and nothing beyond it. The service, from shortlist through to contracts and event-day logistics, is included. For repeat or multi-event bookings, PepTalk can agree preferential rates with your procurement team.
Share your event date, audience, format, objectives and budget, and PepTalk sends a hand-picked shortlist within 24 hours. Each suggestion comes with a profile, a fee and a recommendation on the strongest fit. Once you choose, PepTalk handles contracts, travel and logistics through to event day.
The typical fee range is the speaker's standard in-person fee in their home market, shown in their local currency. It moves with format, location, date and session length: virtual sessions and shorter slots usually cost less, while international travel and peak dates cost more. Send your brief to PepTalk and the team will confirm the exact fee in your currency.
Not all of them, and it makes no difference to your booking. PepTalk's network of 15,000+ speakers covers talent the team works with directly alongside speakers represented by agents and agencies worldwide. PepTalk approaches the speaker, negotiates the fee and handles contracting either way.
Three to six months ahead is comfortable for most events, and 12 months is better for large conferences, peak-season dates or one specific in-demand speaker. Shorter timelines are workable, and PepTalk regularly fills last-minute and replacement bookings within days. Availability is the constraint, so get in touch as soon as you have a date.
