Sophie Williams

Sophie Williams is a prominent anti-racism advocate, activist, and author of three books: "The Glass Cliff: Why Women in Power Are Undermined - and How to Fight Back", "Anti Racist Ally" and "Millennial Black". Sophie's writing has been featured in esteemed publications such as The Guardian, Bustle, and Cosmopolitan, and she has also been a part of Stylist Live at Home. As a regular panellist, speaker, consultant, and workshop facilitator, Sophie promotes anti-racism, diversity, and inclusion. Before embarking on her writing journey, Sophie built a successful career in advertising, particularly in social agencies, where she served as COO. In 2019, she established her own business, combining her advertising expertise with active anti-racism work involvement. Sophie co-founded Culture Heroes, a non-profit organization that enhances non-white representation at senior levels within the advertising and creative industries.
