Her professional background includes a 17-year tenure at Barclays, where she held various roles, culminating in her position as the UK Neurodiversity Co-Chair Support Lead. In this role, she championed neurodiversity awareness and coached colleagues, paving the way for her establishment of Think Differently Consulting in 2022.
