"Twice the Health" is a dynamic duo composed of Emily, a qualified nutritionist, and Hannah, a qualified PT. They first crossed paths while studying at Cardiff University, where they discovered their shared passion for food and exercise. This common interest led them to create their joint blog, twicethehealth.
Since its inception, their blog has gained an impressive following of 65k on Instagram, and they have had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned brands such as Nike, Lululemon, and Ikea. While they enjoy sharing valuable advice on nutrition and achieving personal fitness goals, Emily and Hannah also dedicate their time to training for their annual significant physical challenge.
In recent years, the duo has completed remarkable feats, such as running 50k along The Great Wall of China and circling the Grand Canyon.
