During her time at university, she faced exam stress and began practicing meditation, which had a profound and transformative impact on her own life.
Over the years, Jessica has dedicated herself to deepening her practice and knowledge of meditation. This led her to train as a mindfulness coach, ultimately deciding to leave her corporate career behind. In 2018, she launched LUME, a social enterprise that offers corporate mindfulness courses and workshops. The proceeds from these initiatives go towards providing subsidized mindfulness training for school teachers.
