Nick, an army veteran turned mental health professional, has had a remarkable journey. After dedicating 14 years of his life to serving Queen and country, he decided to venture into entrepreneurship and started his own chauffeuring company. Despite achieving great success in his business, Nick found himself battling with the black dog of depression and was eventually diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Facing a mental breakdown and a failed suicide attempt, Nick hit rock bottom. However, in the face of adversity, he made a courageous decision to fight back. He made the difficult choice to sell his thriving business and start anew, this time utilizing his personal experience with mental health to assist others in their own struggles with depression. Today, as the founder of Talk Mental Health, Nick has become a beacon of hope for businesses and individuals alike.
