Penny Mallory

Penny Mallory is a former Rally Champion, and against the most unlikely odds, became the first and only woman in the world to drive a World Rally Car for Ford. Although her interest began with automotive performance, her passion quickly shifted to human performance, personal development and specifically Mental Toughness.

Now, as a leading authority on Mental Toughness, Penny talks about how she developed her own mental toughness to beat incredible odds, make her childhood dream come true, and become a Rally Champion.

What is Mental Toughness? It's your ability to manage stress, pressure, chaos, and crisis. We all get stressed and anxious, but some of us manage it better than others. The better we manage the inevitable challenges we face, the more successful and enjoyable our lives will be.
