Andrew Adeniyi is a first-generation Nigerian American from South Bend, Indiana. He is the CEO & Founder of AAA Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in business strategy, workplace culture, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Science in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University, and a DEI certificate from The Muma College of Business at The University of South Florida.

With over a decade of executive management experience, Andrew has significantly enhanced employee engagement and fostered a sense of belonging in numerous organizations.

Andrew resides near Indianapolis, Indiana, with his wife and three children. In addition to his professional achievements, Andrew is also an author. In 2020, he published The Circle of Leadership, a book that provides an entrepreneurial framework for creating and leveraging culture.
