Beginning her career at PwC as a chartered accountant before joining Sky UK, Shivani built a parallel path in finance and inclusion. In 2012 she developed Sky’s first business case for diversity, leading to CFO endorsement of an award-winning programme. She later became Sky’s first Head of Women in Leadership, driving gender parity initiatives across a 26,000 strong UK workforce. During her tenure, Sky received the Top Employer for Women award from WISE, presented by HRH The Princess Royal, and ranked number one in The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers list in 2019.
As founder of The Wallflower Academy, Shivani has coached more than 5,000 individuals to build careers while navigating bias and systemic barriers. Her interactive, evidence based programmes help leaders recognise unconscious bias and strengthen psychological safety to reduce disengagement and burnout. A certified wellbeing coach, she has delivered workshops and keynotes for organisations including PepsiCo, NBC Universal, and Virgin Media O2. Comedians generally start at £1,500 or $2,000 for a 20-minute set.
