With over two decades of experience in various industries, Nancy has honed her business acumen and developed a keen sense of intuition and vision. As a strategic leader, HR executive, and multi-master of business, Nancy possesses the necessary skills and expertise to coach and mentor professionals at all stages of their careers, helping them surpass their goals. Throughout her career, Nancy has gained extensive knowledge in the entire employee experience lifecycle, including talent recruitment, professional development, compensation, benefits, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and culture.

Nancy has served as Chief People Officer at Main Event Entertainment and CHRO at Sprouts Farmers Market, demonstrating her expertise as a seasoned executive. She has also held senior leadership positions at JCPenney and PepsiCo, and her career began at General Electric. As a firm believer in the transformative power of education, Nancy takes pride in leading a workforce dedicated to expanding access to affordable and valuable degrees for remote learners. 

Nancy's educational background includes an MBA and an M.Ed. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Finance from Central State University. In her leisure time, she enjoys being a supportive track and volleyball mom, travelling with her husband, watching sports, and volunteering for her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
