Professor Binna Kandola is a highly respected diversity, assessment, and development specialist with over 25 years of experience. He has completed numerous projects for public and private sector clients in the UK and abroad.

As a business psychologist, senior partner, and co-founder of Pearn Kandola, his expertise lies in understanding and reducing bias, which he explores in his acclaimed book The Value of Difference: Eliminating Bias in Organizations (2012).

Binna also co-authored other books, including Managing the Mosaic, which received special recognition at the 1994 Management Book of the Year Awards. His most recent book, Racism at Work (2018), delves into the subtleties and complexities of bias in the workplace, focusing on its impact on recruitment, leadership perceptions, and the intersection of gender and race.

With a wealth of research, direct observations, and professional experience, Binna's work is profound, thought-provoking, and highly applicable. He has held various prestigious positions, including the first Chair of the Standing Committee for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Chair of the Minority Ethnic Group for the UK Government's National Employment Panel.

Binna is a visiting Professor at Leeds University Business School and Aston University Business School. His contributions to the field have earned him numerous accolades, including an Honorary DSc from the University of Aston and an OBE for his services to Disadvantaged People and Diversity.

As a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), he is widely recognized as one of the UK's top business psychologists. Binna is also a regular media contributor, appearing on various news outlets such as Sky News, BBC Breakfast, Channel 4 News, and Radio 4 Today Show.
