Prior to founding Harper & Gray, Ginnette co-founded the US subsidiary of a specialist STEM recruiting firm, growing it organically to $300m in annual revenue. As a Board member and Senior Executive of a global team, Ginnette is a fierce advocate of gender equality, having broken through the proverbial glass ceiling. As a result of this, her work also includes Leadership Development with a focus on creating confidence in high-potential women.
Ginnette has been named in the Top 100 most influential leaders in staffing by SIA, won Woman of the Year Stevie by American Business Awards and Best Sales Director in North America by WISA amongst her other impressive accolades.
