With over 15 years of valuable experience, she has established a versatile career as a brand strategy expert in the health, beauty, and wellness industries, collaborating with multinational corporations and startups.

Jenn embarked on her professional journey at Clarins, focusing on public relations, communications, and sustainability. Afterwards, she transitioned to Liz Earle Beauty Co., taking on roles in digital social media and content and eventually rising to the position of Global Head of Marketing. While at Liz Earle, Jenn played a crucial role in the company's integration into Walgreens Boots Alliance.

Seeking new challenges and opportunities, she later joined the wellness startup Lumity, where she spearheaded rebranding efforts and laid a strong foundation for future growth.

Motivated to create a broader impact and advance women's leadership, Jenn co-founded Cyd Connects, a women-led sustainability consultancy and social enterprise that promotes gender equality.
