Jen is a China Fellow at The Aspen Institute and holds a dual fellowship at Chatham House. She studied Applied Mathematics at Sichuan University and earned an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School, along with leadership and policy programmes at Yale, Harvard, Oxford, and Princeton.
