Lisa Ventura MBE is a cybersecurity advocate, writer and keynote speaker whose work focuses on raising awareness of the human aspects of cyber threats and promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. She is the founder of Cyber Security Unity, a global organisation that fosters collaboration across the cybersecurity sector to combat the rising tide of cybercrime.

Lisa's experience in the cyber sector includes leadership roles in communications, marketing and strategy for major organisations including Titania Ltd, BlueVoyant, the UK Cyber Security Council and Qualitest. Her work now spans awareness training, cyberpsychology, and mentoring those entering the industry, particularly women, neurodivergent individuals and those from marginalised backgrounds. Her expertise extends to AI security integration and neurodiversity training through her emerging Neuro Unity and AI Unity initiatives.
