Perky Noah-Effik is the co-founder and Head of Operations at The Black and Brilliant Advocacy Network (B&BAN). Her advocacy group is dedicated to diversifying the workforce, with a particular focus on up-skilling and coaching high-potential Black talent globally. Perky has successfully developed and implemented various programs and initiatives in collaboration with major organizations such as NBCUniversal, Meta, Buzzfeed, Etsy, Codecademy, LinkedIn, BRiM, R/GA, and DoubleVerify. These include mentoring programs, educational courses, award initiatives, workshops, panels, and events. Her work in global marketing, technology, diversity, equity, inclusion, and advocacy for Black talent has gained recognition and has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, and Yahoo. In addition to her work with B&BAN, Perky serves on the Advisory Board for BRiM and holds the role of Art Co-chair for the Executive Committee Board at the United Nations International School in New York. She also actively volunteers in her community. With over 20 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, and design, Perky is a passionate entrepreneur who strives to enable individuals to realize their full potential, regardless of their background or race.
