Previously serving as the UK executive editor and global lifestyle head at Huffington Post, Poorna now contributes as a freelance journalist and editor to prestigious publications, including The Guardian, Red magazine, Stylist, Grazia, Women's Health, and The Daily Telegraph. 

In addition to her impressive career in journalism, Poorna is the founder of Fix My Life Workshops and Events, where she organises transformative workshops and serves as a sought-after public speaker and event facilitator. 

Her expertise and insights have been widely recognised, leading her to author two acclaimed books, 'Chase the Rainbow' and 'In Search of Silence.' The latter even won an award at Red's Big Book Awards. 

Poorna's third book, 'Stronger,' was released in 2021. This book combines memoir and manifesto elements, drawing from her journey in competitive powerlifting following her husband's untimely death.
