Ria Hebden is a British television presenter, broadcaster, and entrepreneur. She has built a diverse career in television and is dedicated to promoting diversity and empowerment in the creative industries. Ria graduated with a BA Hons degree from Brunel University London in 2004. She started her career as a publicist for Channel 4 and Twentieth Century Fox before moving into television presenting. Since January 2020, Ria has been the entertainment editor on ITV's breakfast show Lorraine. In 2020, she co-presented the factual entertainment programme All Around Britain with Alex. Ria reported for BBC One's Sunday Morning Live starting in 2018 and became a co-presenter in 2019, returning to reporting in 2021. She also competed in Strictly Come Dancing in 2021 and participated in the fourteenth series of Dancing on Ice in 2022. In 2016, Ria founded Wonder Women TV, an organization aimed at supporting women from underrepresented groups in television and the creative industries. The organization hosts events and conferences to celebrate diversity and provide mentorship opportunities. She also hosts The Wonder Women TV Podcast, sharing the stories of diverse women in television, and presents a show on BBC Radio London. Ria was nominated for the Presenter of the Year award at the 2018 Diversity in Media Awards. Known for her style and impact, Ria continues to champion diversity and empowerment in the television industry through her work and advocacy.
