Rupinder Mann founded UnNamed Ventures, a behavioural science advisory focusing on people and culture development to maximise organisational performance by bridging it with employee needs. With a background in Executive Search, Rupinder saw the power environments have on unfolding individual potential and the effect this can have on the overall growth of an organisation. From this, Rupinder dedicated years to relearning and pursuing her human behaviour, psychology, and neuroscience interests. Rupinder now combines these learnings with data analytics to help people and companies perform better and create the conditions to drive performance.

Rupinder and UnNamed Ventures have worked with brands including L’Oreal, Warner Bros., IBM and Adobe. Rupinder regularly engages in talks, panels, keynotes and articles, and product launches, providing insights using science and psychology to better understand and utilise our everyday behaviours.
