Ruth Penfold

Ruth Penfold-Brown has been a People, Culture and Talent expert for over two decades. Ruth has built and rebuilt teams and cultures for companies like Shazam, Onfido and bp Launchpad as leader and Chief People Officer. 

Having experienced the chaos of rapid growth first-hand, Ruth learnt how to build human centric, vibrant cultures that scale. She also experienced first-hand the challenges of both getting there and operating at that level as a woman but doing so in a way where she and the humans around her truly thrived. 

That is what has inspired her to build Bloom, a leadership methodology originally solely for women, but now delivered to cohorts, teams, and individuals of all genders, depending on the client's needs. At its heart, Bloom is a methodology that builds self-awareness, confidence, ownership, and authenticity.
