With over 20 years of experience as a speaker and trainer, Sinead has spent the last decade supporting women in business and sport. She has empowered more than 10,000 women to enhance their career impact. Her personal experience with menopause, combined with her professional background, drives her commitment to helping women succeed and promoting a supportive workplace culture.

Sinead's extensive corporate career in transforming culture and leadership practices establishes her as a qualified expert. She holds a BA Hons in Psychology, MSc in Computing and Information Systems, MSc in Human Resource Management, and is an NLP Master Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ICF accredited coach, and PQ Coach.
